Common questions
I'm a contractor and signup asks for an invite code. Ask the property manager who
hired you. They create codes in the app under Settings → Manage Invites.
I'm a tenant and can't submit a request. Link your unit first: enter the invite
code from your property manager on your dashboard.
My changes show "pending". PropFix saves to your phone first and syncs when you
are back online. Open the app with a connection and it will catch up.
I forgot my password. Email us from the address you sign in with and we will help you reset it.
