These terms govern your use of the PropFix app. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
PropFix is software that property management companies use to run their operations: tracking properties and units, dispatching maintenance work orders to contractors, and handling tenant maintenance requests. AppVion Studio provides the software.
We are not a property management company and we are not party to any lease, service or maintenance agreement made using the app. Those agreements are between the property management company, its contractors and its tenants. We do not perform maintenance work, set its price, guarantee its quality, or hold funds related to it. Disputes about a job or a tenancy are between the parties involved, not with us.
Do not: use PropFix unlawfully; attempt to access another company's or person's data; interfere with or probe the service's security; reverse engineer the app except where that right cannot legally be excluded; upload malicious code; or use the app to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that do these things.
PropFix is offered to property management companies on three plans:
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing section of the app, which opens Stripe's customer portal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
If a paid plan lapses or payment fails, we may downgrade the account to the Free plan's limits. Work orders, properties and contractor records already stored are not deleted for non-payment; access to functionality above the Free plan's limits is what is restricted.
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Data a company enters about its own properties, contractors and tenants belongs to that company; we process it on their behalf.
We aim to keep PropFix available and working, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces what a paying company receives, we will give reasonable notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropFix is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We specifically do not warrant that location data attached to a job photo, or any estimate or figure the app displays, is accurate enough to rely on without your own judgement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppVion Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for PropFix in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You may stop using PropFix at any time and delete your account — see Delete your account. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (payment owed, disclaimers, liability, governing law) do survive it.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will update the date above and notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use PropFix after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction, except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally or grants you consumer protections that cannot be overridden by contract — those rights are not affected.
