These terms govern your use of the SnowGrid app. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
SnowGrid is software that snow removal companies use to manage their operations: booking jobs, dispatching crews, tracking work, and recording payments. AppVion Studio provides the software.
We are not a snow removal company and we are not party to your service agreement. The contract to clear snow is between the customer and the snow removal company. We do not perform the work, set its price, guarantee its quality, or hold the money for it. Disputes about a job are between you and the company you dealt with.
Do not: use SnowGrid unlawfully; attempt to access another company's or person's data; interfere with or probe the service's security; reverse engineer the app except where that right cannot legally be excluded; upload malicious code; or use the app to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that do these things.
SnowGrid is offered to snow removal companies on two plans:
Premium is invoiced directly and paid by bank transfer. SnowGrid takes no percentage of any job. Money for snow removal work is settled directly between the customer, the company and its contractors, outside the app; the app records those payments but does not process them.
If a Premium invoice is unpaid for 30 days we may suspend the company's ability to book new jobs. Work already booked can still be completed, approved and paid — we do not hold finished work, contractor payouts or an end customer hostage over an unpaid invoice.
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Data a company enters about its own customers, staff and properties belongs to that company; we process it on their behalf.
We aim to keep SnowGrid available and working, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces what a paying company receives, we will give reasonable notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnowGrid is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We specifically do not warrant that location data, area measurements or price estimates are accurate enough to rely on without your own judgement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppVion Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for SnowGrid in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You may stop using SnowGrid at any time and delete your account — see Delete your account. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (payment owed, disclaimers, liability, governing law) do survive it.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will update the date above and notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use SnowGrid after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction, except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally or grants you consumer protections that cannot be overridden by contract — those rights are not affected.
